What to do ?

Is your order not suitable for you? Is the item incompatible with your bike or is it the wrong size? Don't worry! We can exchange it or refund you within 21 days of your purchase. Please fill out this  return form  and we will provide you with the steps to follow.

We will process the exchange or refund of your order as soon as we receive your return.

Exchanges

Exchanges are possible within twenty-one (21) days after receiving your order. Returned items must be in their original condition: unopened packaging, never worn, unwashed, and in perfect condition. Processing a return can take up to fourteen (14) days. Return shipping costs are not covered by OnBike. The return is the responsibility of the customer.
